Dave Hernandez has represented and advised numerous US and foreign individuals and small closely held corporations on a variety of tax, and business planning matters since 1985. He has been admitted to practice by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. He passed the IRS Special Enrollment exam in 1987. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1983 from Metropolitan State College in Denver Colorado. He also earned a second bachelors degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
